Cleta Ann McBreairty, 66, died May 3, 2025 at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle. She was born in Fort Kent, December 31, 1958 the daughter of the late Clarence and Lola (Jackson) McBreairty. Cleta was a 1978 graduate of the Baxter School for the Deaf. She was a longtime faithful member of the Caribou United Baptist Church, where she worked as an assistant in the church office for many years. Cleta loved her family with her whole heart, and enjoyed family get togethers. She would often tell you how much she missed her Mom and Dad. She is survived by her siblings, Marshall McBreairty of Bradenton, FL, and Mitchell McBreairty and wife Beth of Colorado Springs, CO, Jennifer Allen and husband Steve of Narrows, VA, Cheryl Clayton and husband Don of Caribou, Leona Damboise and husband Neil of Burlington, CT, Terry Lee Massey and husband Guy of Bay Springs, MS, numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by special friends, Paula Richards, Emily Johnston, and Lori Nicholson. Cleta was predeceased by her sister-in-law Barbara Marandino McBreairty. Private family services will be held. Interment will be in the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery. Friends who wish to contribute in Cleta's memory may do so through the charity of one's choice.
