Clifford Mosher, 76, of Deposit, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was predeceased by his parents Charles & Clarabell (Smith) Mosher; siblings, David Mosher, Milton Mosher, Charles Mosher, Russell Mosher, Larry Mosher, James Mosher, Richard Mosher, and Mary Guzzey.
Cliff is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Dee (Stanton) Mosher; children Allen Marks (Angela), Joseph Holbert, Jessica Mosher, Jacqueline Miller, and Amber Marks; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 3 bonus grandchildren; siblings Victor Mosher, Gary Mosher (Rose), Patty Nichols; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cliff was born at Tri Cities Airport in Endicott, NY on October 5, 1946; and was raised in Owego, NY. He served in the United States Navy from 1964 – 1972 during the Vietnam War. Following his time in the service Cliff held several jobs reupholstering furniture. He finished his working career as a detailer at Leonard Bus Sales in Deposit, NY. Cliff enjoyed restoring cars and collected model cars, planes, ships, and military memorabilia. He also enjoyed taking vacations with his wife Dee to the Adirondacks. He was proud of his military service and was a lifetime member of the VFW 6609 and Organization of Vietnam Vets. Cliff was a very loving man who will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 11am, at Hennessey's Funeral Home, 78 Second St. Deposit, NY.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 9am till 11am.
Interment will be held in Vestal Hill Memorial Park directly following the Funeral Service.
