Clifford Rounds Obituary
Clifford lived a life shaped by hard work, creativity, and a deeply generous spirit. For many years he worked in construction operating heavy machinery. Clifford took pride in and approached his work with skill and care. Clifford loved using his hands and could often be found fixing something, tinkering with an item that no longer worked, or drawing the most beautiful art pieces. His artwork and creativity brightened the lives of many.
A faithful Christian, Clifford expressed his love of God through compassion, friendship, and community. Clifford was a kind and thoughtful man whose humor and gentle nature left a lasting imprint on so many, especially his L'Arche family. Clifford had a deep appreciation for music and was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, never missing a chance to cheer them on.
Clifford is survived by his girlfriend, Marsha Miller; his best friend, Eric Mozur; and his entire L'Arche family, who loved him deeply and will forever cherish the joy, authenticity, and warmth he brought into their lives.
Friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Wednesday, December 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, with burial to follow.
May Clifford Leo Rounds rest in peace, held in the fullness of God's love. And may we who remain continue to carry forward the joy, compassion, and connection he so beautifully embodied.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to L'Arche Erie, Inc. at www.larcheerie.org or to any animal rescue organization, honoring Clifford's lifelong tenderness toward animals.
