Mark Mellin Obituary
He attended Seneca High School and went to Erie County Vo-tech for welding. Mark worked at Riley Stocker for years before their closing and G.E. for many years before his retirement in 2020.
Mark enjoyed spending time with grandchildren, hunting, and fishing. He was a member of the Brother's Bowling League.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Joseph Mellin and his sister, Michele White.
He is survived by his wife, Alisa Smith Mellin; his children, Shirina Briggs (Chris) of Ripley, NY and Cameron Getty of Waterford; his grandchildren, Ali and Nate Briggs and Lee Getty Jr.; his brother, Michael Mellin of Erie; and his fur babies, Journey and Riley.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, Pa 16504.

Mark and I were welders together at Riley Stoker back in the day. He was an excellent welder. We both had a dry sense of humor and could get each other laughing . We'll see each other again (minus our dirty work clothes) . ...Chris Trott
