Clifford Withee passed away on November 27th, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer. He was the son of Harold Withee and Bertha (Tozier) Withee of Madison.
He lived and worked his whole life in Madison Maine with his wife of 67 years Janice by his side. Working at Madison Paper Mill from high school till he retired. He spent several years coaching little league football and baseball and would also officiate games. He loved to spend time fishing and camping with his wife and kids.
He was predeceased by his parents, his son David, his brothers Richard, Douglas and Frank and by his sisters Patricia, Ruth, Gracie, Gloria and Joann.
He is survived by his Wife Janice (McLeod) Withee, Sons Bruce and wife Carol, Robert and wife Kelly-Ann, James and wife Sue, Russell and wife Carrie and Thomas and wife Rachel, also his daughters Susan McFarland and partner Danny Chase, Julie Wall and Mary Jane and husband Joel Weymouth. He is also survived by Brother Ralph Withee and sisters Alice Paine and Mae Rodrigue. Clifford was grandfather to 16, great grandfather to 8 and great, great grandfather to 1, and several nieces and nephews.
