Clint Edward Dawson

Clint Edward Dawson, age 43, of Sparta, WI, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 after a long addiction and is no longer in pain. He was born on February 11, 1982 in Cleveland, Ohio to Clint R. and Julie Ann (Franczak) Dawson. He carried the vibrant spirit of his hometown with pride, especially his undying love for the Cleveland Browns. Clint received an associate's degree after graduating from high school, and worked for several years in Sparta for McPherson's and Mathews Bow Inc.
Clint's passion for life was as permanent as one of his many tattoos, each one a story etched in ink. He could often be found with a fishing pole in hand, waiting for the punchline at the end of a line. Not just a fan of the great outdoors, Clint's love for movies was only surpassed by his love for laughter, practicing his comedy like it was his own personal sport. More than anything, he cherished the time spent with his children. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Madison Dawson; son, Connor Dawson; brother, Robert Dawson; grandfather, Cledith Dawson; former spouse, Jen Dawson; along with many aunts, cousins, family, and friends.
Clint was preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Julie Ann; and grandma, Minnie Dawson.
