"Lord Help Me to Stand Faithful"
Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Clint Lucas will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Jesus Name Apostolic Church, Deville with the Rev. Arlie Rowley officiating. Interment will follow in "Lucas Family Cemetery", Deville, La.
Visitation will begin after 11:00 AM until time of services in the church.
Mr. Lucas, age 91 of Deville, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 in Rapides Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He was a lifelong resident of Deville and an active member of Jesus Name Apostolic Church, Deville, where he loved playing his guitar for church services. He was retired and very well known as an Oilfield contractor and Oilwell pumper to which he made his living for over 40 years. In his leisure Clint loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family especially roasting pigs on Christmas.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Clint is preceded in death by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Euralee Mabou Lucas. His parents, Curtis and Pearly Mae Lucas and his siblings, Jessie Lea Littleton (Roy), Lue Mae Reynolds (L.C.), Clayton Lucas and Charity Lucas.
He is survived by one daughter, Shirley Lucius (Rod) of Deville, One sister, Irma Fay Cole of Deville, three grandchildren, Clayton Lucas (Heather) of Deville, Brandon Lucius of Deville and Rodney "Lil Rod" Lucius (Brala) of Deville. Four great grandchildren, Blake Lucas, Zack Lucius (Abbigail), Brooke Floyd (Cameron) and Everly Lucas. Also survived by seven great great grandchildren, Kayson, Rylan, Drue, Austyn, Deltyn, Layton and Colson Clint.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be; Chad Wiley, Donnie Wiley, Zack Lucius, Blake Lucas, Steven Pittman and Rodney Lucius.
Honorary pallbearers will be; Wendell Cole, Kemp Cole, Terry Reynolds, David Cole, Mike Clark and Jimmy "Bud" Charrier.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Fall Creek Funeral Home, Pineville, Robbie Dauzat, Director
