FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation ServicesLisa Lynne Lucas, age 62, passed away peacefully on October 7th, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia, after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. Born on May 16th, 1963, in Anaheim, California, Lisa brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of all who knew her.
Lisa was the beloved daughter of Robert Lucas (1937–2008) and Patricia Ann Allen (1937–1999), and the cherished sister of Laurie Graves. She graduated from Loveland High School in 1981 and went on to earn her Associate’s Degree from Aims Community College in 1994.
Throughout her professional life, Lisa was known for her dedication, creativity, and strong work ethic. She spent 30 years in the printing industry, working with Quebecor World, Worldcolor, and Quad Graphics, before finding deep fulfillment in wildlife conservation with the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), where she proudly served for 10 years.
Lisa lived her life with passion and authenticity. She loved the open road on her motorcycle, the thrill of cheering on her Denver Broncos, and the peace of a sunny afternoon at the beach. A classic rock enthusiast, her playlists were filled with Eric Clapton, Elton John, and Van Morrison — the soundtrack to countless “wine parties” and good times shared with family and friends.
She is survived by her children — Dustin Lake (44), Tiffany Brown (43), and Amy Lake (37), and 6 grandchildren — who were the pride and joy of her life. Lisa’s legacy also lives on in her many friends and colleagues who will remember her for her wit, warmth, and ability to make every moment brighter.
Lisa was married three times throughout her life — to Randy Lake (1980–1989), Mark Bennett (1992–2010), and Brandon Wart (2016–2024) — each representing meaningful chapters of her journey and growth.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 29th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Birdies at Mariana Butte Clubhouse, 701 Clubhouse Drive, Loveland, Colorado. Food and refreshments will be provided, and libations will be available as friends and family gather to remember a remarkable woman who lived fully, loved deeply, and laughed often.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor Lisa by supporting wildlife conservation efforts (https://your.nwtf.org/members/donate) or by raising a glass to a life well-lived — just as she would have wanted.
