17, of North Kingstown beloved daughter of Gina Silva and Daniel Regan, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Providence on June 26, 2006, she was a spitfire from her first moments.
Cloe Rose always had a smile on her face, known for her strong will, her witty nature, and even her tendency to be stubborn, she lit up any room that she entered. Her love for hip hop dance, that she learned at I Dance Academy for several years was only rivaled by her absolute love for Special Olympics. She was gold medal runner on the 50-meter dash, making sure to wave to her fans while competing. Her affectionate nature was most seen in the way she loved her dolls and made sure they were always by her side. Most often when not dancing or running she could be found completely content with her tablet in hand watching her favorite shows, ICarly, Victorious, or Zoey 101 were in the top tier. She and her family we blessed to be able to take a family vacation to Disney, so she could meet the all the princesses. This trip was made possible by a wish come true.
Besides her parents she was the adored little sister of Samantha Silva, and Randy Silva. She was the cherished granddaughter of Gary and Loretta Freitas, Joan Regan and the late James Regan. She was beloved nieces of Gary Freitas, Jr. and Becky Trechok. The older cousin of Benjamin Trechok.
Cloe Rose's funeral service will be held on Sunday January 21, 2024, at 5:00 pm at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held from 2:00 -5:00pm.
