It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Clotilde Perez Pereyra, who left this world on August 4, 2025 surrounded by the love she so freely gave. To know her was to experience joy, laughter, and a love that left an imprint on the soul. A true force of nature, Clotilde was born on July 26, 1942 to the late Eustaquio Perez and Maria Santiago in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She brought life, light, and laughter into every room she entered. She never met a stranger, only future friends, and her captivating presence was impossible to ignore. Known for her flirtatious charm, a little spicy sass, and quick wit, she was a spirited woman who lived unapologetically and loved fiercely. Her faith was as deep and unwavering as the ocean she adored. With a heart anchored in trust in God, she faced life's storms with grace and courage, always believing in miracles and moving mountains with her prayers. She loved hard and wholeheartedly, her family, her friends, and even those she barely knew were often swept up in her warmth and generosity. The beach was her sanctuary, the ocean her peace. She found solace in the waves and joy in the salty air, and now we find comfort in knowing her spirit will forever dance in the tide. Clotilde leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and radiance that will live on in all who were blessed to know her. She is survived by her daughter-Carolin (Dana) Hardy & Son in Law- Donald Hardy Sr. Her brother, Damian Perez & Sister in Law- Irma Perez & Family of Florida, Jorge Perez & Sister in Law- Iris Perez & Family of Florida, Miguel Perez & Family of Puerto Rico, Miguel Perez & Family of Pennsylvania. Her cherished and most beloved grandchildren, Donald Hardy Jr., Donmanique Hardy, Sierra Lindo, and Anjalee Hardy and four great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her laugh, her hugs, her faith, and her fierce love will echo in our hearts always. Please join of us for her Celebration of Life on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church located at 2844 Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304 for Visitation from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
