Mr. Clyde S. Lewis, 88, of Homer City, Pa, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at St. Andrew's Village in Indiana, Pa. He was born February 1, 1937, in Ambrose, Pa, to the late John and Helen (Roof) Lewis.
Before his retirement in 2012, Clyde was a self-employed truck-driver for forty-six years, prior to working at Superior Weld. He was also a member of the Homer City United Presbyterian Church, in addition to being a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge #313 of Indiana, Pa.
Surviving Clyde are his children: daughter, Kelly L. Lewis, of Pittsburgh, Pa; son, Jeffrey T. (Pamela) Lewis of New Alexandria, Pa; granddaughters, Emily and Abby Lewis, and a brother, Dwight (Donna) Lewis of Long Beach, California.
In addition to his parents, Clyde was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn (Hockenberry) Lewis, on December 17, 2021; brothers Frank and Glenn, as well as sisters Harvean Lightcap and Carole Oesterling.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 5:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM in the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, Pa. Pastor John Manon will officiate. A private Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the United Presbyterian Church of Blairsville, 137 North Walnut Street, Blairsville, Pa. 15717.
