Clyde Hamilton McMasters, age 101, of Dadeville, Missouri, but resided at the Sheperd of the Hills nursing home in Branson, Missouri for the past two years, passed away on July 15, 2025. He entered this life on April 11, 1924, in Dade County, Missouri, the son of James and Mary "Molly" (Montgomery) McMasters.

For a majority of his life, Clyde found joy working various careers, including cattle farmer, warehouseman, and car salesman. He was a member of the Dadeville Quartet, singing at funerals. Clyde was loved by everyone in the town of Dadeville and would perform at square dances with his fiddle, always getting people to the dance floor. He was a devoted follower of Christ. Clyde enjoyed time outdoors fishing, hunting, and taking care of his cattle. He could talk to anyone and adored helping others. Clyde was a loving husband, father, and faithful provider for his family. He passed on his musical skills to his younger brother, Ferrell; son, Danny; and many of Danny's friends.

Clyde was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie McMasters; parents: James and Molly McMasters; ten brothers; and five sisters.

He is survived by his son, Dan McMasters of Branson, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Dadeville, Missouri. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

Danny, my deepest sympathy on the passing of your dad. I have so many fond memories of your dad and mom when I was growing up in Dadeville. They were both wonderful people, and you definitely won the parent lottery.
