Raise your drink and join me in a farewell toast for "the life of the party" Clyde M Mylan, "Buster" of Farmington, New Mexico passed away on May 31st, 2023, in his front yard just enjoying his new ride. Buster was born on Aug. 7, 1948, in Fort Sill Oklahoma to Clyde Milton & Ruth Elinor Mylan. He was the second of four children, there was his older sister Linda Brown, and his two younger brothers Guy L Mylan (Colette), and Bill J Mylan (Rachel). As a young man he joined the Marines ``semper fidelis" and after the Marines Clyde married Andrea Sue McNutt and together, they had four children: Their eldest son is: Matthew Van Mylan who's Spouse is Sandee Mylan, their Second oldest son is: Eddie R Mylan who spouse is Daniel Lee McNemee, their two twin daughters are Robin Ruth Mitchem who spouse is Daniel Anthony Mitchem, and Beth Dawn Mylan whose partner is Scottie Davis. Clyde is also survived by 12 grandchildren and great grandchildren: Jeremy Matthew Mylan, Bailey Montana Mylan, Zackary James Edmundson, Ashley Nicole Spindler, Matthew Clyde Spindler, Travis Lee Conner Spindler, Ryan Tyler Farner, Alen Wayne Farner, Krystal Lynn, Great Grand Children: Wyatt Jackson Farner, Emilia Rose Farner, Ashley Nicole Thompson.
Buster enjoyed living the good life, he made a friend everywhere he went. The world just won't be the same without his crazy dance moves and the echo of his laughter. Clyde worked for Western Oil and Chief Transport as a sales consultant back in the day and he retired from Inland Trucking due to his health issues. Buster spent his last days with his girlfriend Jo Webber, who will miss him dearly. I hope he is up in heaven practicing his dance moves and enjoying the angels choir. Until we meet again, just know that he lived life, like Frank Sinatra sang "I did it my way".
