Colin Patrick Obituary

Colin Patrick, age 23, of Jerome, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Michigan Medicine. He was born on November 29, 1998, the son of Davon and Trisha (Rupp) Patrick. Colin was an avid Michigan State Spartans fan, enjoyed giving out fist bumps to his family and his LISD friends and teachers, loved music, long rides with his dad, walks with his family, and watching the Minions with his brother and sister. Colin will be remembered for his boisterous laugh and all the love he brought to his family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Finnegan and Annabelle Patrick; maternal grandparents, Randall and Laura Rupp; and paternal grandparents, Edward and Serena Patrick; aunts & uncles, Melonie and Ben Mitchell, Valarie and Ryan Budd, Ben and Kari Rupp, Devin and Lennae Patrick, and Charnelle and Mike Sawyer; and cousins, Pierce (Lylah), Rhys, Rylie, Oliver, Amelia, Noah, Ezra, Jaxon, and Theodore.
The funeral service for Colin will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Open Door Bible Church in Hudson with Pastor Wesley Rowan officiating. Burial will be held in Maple Grove cemetery privately.
You may send condolences to the family at www.eaglemarryfuneralhome.com. Memorial contributions may be given to the Patrick family to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eagle-Marry Funeral Home, Hudson.

Colin was one of my absolute favorite patients. Whether we were dancing to veggie tales or I was yelling at him to take bigger breaths, we always had a great time. He was such a joy to have as a patient and will be truly, deeply missed by all of us here at CHM.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Colin. He will always have a very special place in my heart. I hope and pray that God gives you the strength that you and your family need, during this most difficult time. Remembering all the fun times we had at school. Keeping all of you in my prayers. God speed Colin. My little man!
