Commodore Jr. is survived by his Wife- Stacy Jacobs; Daughters- LaKeisha Mashae (Paul) Jacobs-Alich, Tisha (Marlous) Jacobs-Napier; Son- Preston Blake Shepherd; Brothers- Louie Colter, Brian Thomas; Sister- Cora Charles
Grandchild- Carter; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends
Commodore Jr. is preceded in passing by his Parents- Commodore Jacobs and Silba Jean Slone; Son- Dalton Eli Shepherd; Brother- Franklin Charles. Commodore will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Funeral Service for Commodore Jacobs Jr. will be held at 1PM on Tuesday July 4, 2023, here at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Jamie Hughes officiating. Visitation will be held 6PM-10PM Monday July 3, 2023, with additional service Monday evening at 7PM. Burial will follow at the Jacobs Family Cemetery in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.
Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky in care of arrangements.
