Connie Jeanette Barnett passed from this life and into the loving arms of the Lord on July 29, 2025 at the age of 70 years old, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Dora Fehrle; father and mother-in-law, Cullen and Billie June Barnett; brothers-in-law, Karl Fuchs, Mickey McGaugh, and AC Ashley; nephew, Le Stallones; and great-nephew, Garrett Stallones.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Bubba Barnett; sons Chase Barnett and wife Natalie, and Blake Barnett and wife Alexis; granddaughters, Claire Barnett, Alice Barnett, Nora Barnett, and Emmi Barnett; step-grandson, Israel Gallegos; sister, Mayrene Ashley; sisters-in-law, Nancy McGaugh and Linda Fuchs; nephew, Donnie Stallones and wife Megan; and numerous additional nieces and nephews.

Connie Jeanette Fehrle was born to Paul and Dora Fehrle on January 25, 1955, in Conroe, Texas. She attended Zion Lutheran School through the 8th grade. Connie graduated from Tomball High School in the class of 1973 with Overall Excellence and was Salutatorian of her class. She loved competing in sports and other activities, including a mean game of "42".

She attended Stephen F. Austin University, finishing her education at U.T. Health and Science with a degree in Physical Therapy. Connie married Bubba Barnett on August 27, 1977, and they began a wonderful life together. She began her career at Del Ora Hospital in the Physical Therapy Department, then on to Tomball Regional Hospital for 30 years earning "Employee of The Month" in June 2009.

Connie enjoyed the outdoors, spending hours working on her flowerbeds, potted plants, and hanging baskets. She enjoyed preparing pot plants and flower baskets to donate to church activities and for the Rosehill Social Club.

Connie was so proud of her sons Chase and Blake and their families, and so loved to spend time with her granddaughters.

Once Bubba introduced Connie to saltwater fishing, she was "Hooked". She loved catching her Red Fish, always looking for that CCA STAR TAG.

Connie was strong in her faith volunteering for numerous church activities and served on the Church Council.

Even toward the end she told Bubba "God has a plan for me". Connie is in the Lord's hands now and forever will dearly be missed by her family and friends.

"The Lord Truly Got An Angel"
