Constance "Connie" Eloise Couch, age 64, of Little Rock, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. She was born in Little Rock on November 1, 1959.
Connie graduated from Central High School and received a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma City university.
Connie was a beautiful and complex woman. She had a deep giving heart and a tough no nonsense exterior. She would test those she loved and at the same time do anything for them. Connie gave her time to feed the homeless, help with her nieces and nephews, and eventually became a full time caretaker to her mother.
She had a wide variety of interests that she loved and were remarkably fun to share with her. She loved the St. Louis Cardinals, rugby, theater, books, movies, cats and flowers. She loved all types of games and puzzles - jigsaw puzzles, darts, ping pong, Farkle, word games. She loved her brunches with friends, and she loved a nice dinner with a nice drink.
Connie is preceded in death by her husband and the absolute love of her life, Robert N. Couch.
She is survived by her her mother, Clairetta Cogdell of Little Rock, AR; siblings, James "Jimmy" Cogdell of Columbus, Ohio, Catherine Cogdell Brown (Danny) of Alexander, Arkansas; David Cogdell of Little Rock, AR; nieces and nephews, Lara (Huff)Thomas, Jonathan Huff, Joshua Huff, Anna Huff, Brittni (Brown) Pearce, Zackary Brown and 3 great nephews.
A visitation will be held at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home on Saturday, May 4 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
