Connie A. Hawn, 64, of Nowata, Oklahoma, passed away at her home, Friday morning, August 29, 2025.
Connie was born December 6, 1960, to Charles Endicott, Sr. and Peggy (Ausbern) Endicott in Crane, Texas. She grew up in Crane until fourth grade, when the family moved to Yale, Oklahoma. It was there that Connie married the love of her life, Edward Leroy “Ed” Hawn on August 11, 1978. Shortly after marriage, the Hawns moved to the Nowata area. Connie worked at Pizza Hut and Orcheln’s (later Bomgaar’s). But mostly, she enjoyed time with her family and especially seeing “Hawkeye” come home from a trucking run. Connie was known for her fierce loyalty to family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, Chris Hawn, Brandon Hawn and his wife, Katie and Garret Hawn and his wife, Jessica Jones-Hawn, all of Nowata; her companion, Mark Moore of Bartlesville; and her six grandchildren, Ryker, Logan, Landon, Maci-Jo, Madisyn and Reagan Hawn. Connie is preceded in death by her husband, Ed; by both parents; by one brother, Charles “Chuck” Endicott, Jr. and by a sister, Cheri Endicott.
Graveside service will be held 2pm, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Nowata’s Re-Located Cemetery with Dean Bridges, officiating. Visitation will be held 9am-8pm, Friday, September 5, at the funeral home and Connie’s family will receive guests from 6-8pm.
