Connie Y. Hines, age 62, of Brownsdale, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Mankato. Connie Yvonne Snyder was born on June 11, 1963, in Austin, Minnesota, to Ronald and Arlis (Haskin) Snyder. She soon joined her four sisters and one brother at home and completed the family. Connie lived most of her life in Austin and attended Austin Public Schools. On May 3, 1986, she was united in marriage to Michael Dean Hines. The couple was blessed with two children, Bradley and Holly. Connie worked at Near North Title Group in Austin as an abstractor. She enjoyed spending time outside, going up north to Lake Winnie, and watching games shows like Wheel of Fortune. More than anything Connie’s family was the center of her world. She loved long drives with Mike sightseeing, family get-togethers, and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren. We will love and miss her forever.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, Mike; son, Bradley (Allison) Hines; daughter, Holly (Jared) Wiersma; grandchildren, Paige, Becker, Peyton, and Marcelline; siblings, Judy (Kenneth) Adams, Cheryl (Bill) Adams, Janet (Brian) Johnson, and Sue (Ed) Wells; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Arlis Snyder; and brother, Ronald Snyder.
The memorial service for Connie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home in Austin. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
