Connie Jones Obituary

Connie Jones, born on March 7, 1958, in Beaufort County, North Carolina, passed away on September 10, 2025, at ECU Health Beaufort County Hospital in Washington, NC . She was 67 years old.

Connie was a dedicated and hardworking individual who spent much of her career in the retail and janitorial industries. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her love for music. She had a particular fondness for K-pop, especially the globally adored group BTS. Her appreciation for music was one of her many endearing qualities that endeared her to those who knew her.

Educated with an Associate degree in Social Services, she was a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose spirit touched everyone she met.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Dallas Harrington Jones, her brother Gary Jones, and her brother-in-law Elijah Alligood. Her memory will be cherished by her surviving children: Samantha Stox and her husband Edward of Chocowinity, NC, and Crystal Ball and her husband Troy of Washington, North Carolina. She also leaves behind seven beloved grandchildren, her sisters Brenda Cahoon and Barbara Alligood, as well as numerous friends and extended family.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Connie's life will be held at her daughter Crystal Ball's residence, located at 3031 Cherry Run Road in Washington, NC, on Sunday, September 14, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All who knew and loved Connie are welcome to attend and share their memories.

Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service is honored to assist the Jones Family.
