MILTON- Constance Lee "Connie" Pollitt, 80, passed away Saturday afternoon, February 14, 2026 at her home in Milton with loved ones at her side. The daughter of the late Herbert A. and Helen Virginia (Taylor) McQuinley, Connie was born in Connersville, Indiana on April 3, 1945 and was a graduate of Connersville High School with the class of 1964. Connie married the love of her life, Richard Pollitt in Orange on February 22, 1964. A homemaker, Connie was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She has made her home in Milton since 1969 and was fondly known as the "Town Mom". She was a member of the Milton Christian Church and Milton Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.

Survivors include 4 children, Cindy (Scott) Zebelle, Amy Pollitt, Jennifer (Steve) Headlee and Richard (Jennifer) Pollitt Jr.; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ted and Jim McQuinley; faithful companion, her dog Molly; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Leonard Pollitt Sr. on April 14, 2023; son in-law, Rick Addison and brother, Marvin McQuinley.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. Saturday February 28, 2026 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Pastor Scott Moistner will officiate. Burial will follow at West Side Cemetery in Milton.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Milton Volunteer Fire Dept.- P.O. Box 515/ Milton, IN 47357.
