Connie Marie Adams Rodenbeck passed away on January 7th, 2025 in Knoxville, TN.
She was born on May 20th, 1959 in Terre Haute, IN and raised in Brazil, IN by her parents, the late Denzil Lee Adams and Betty May Adams.
Connie attended Indiana State University where she received her bachelors degree in Social Services and specialized in social work. She always enjoyed working with the public and throughout her career, she helped all from infants to those in hospice at the end of their lives. She lived her life singing, attending church, and spending time with her family and many dogs.
She was survived by her brother Ed Adams, Son Matthew Tanksley (wife Lindsey), Son Eric Tanksley (wife Kelly), Grandchildren Teke, Emryk, Daisy, Maci, Leo and Miles, and her partner Marty White
Though she may no longer be with us physically, we know she is now singing in Heaven and smiling down on those of us here on Earth. Family and friends will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
