Connor was born on October 5, 2000 in Wisconsin Rapids to Andrew and Stacy (Jicinsky) Remus. He loved fishing, outdoors, biking, kayaking, hiking, lifting weights, building unique furniture out of epoxy, and building RC boats. He was in pursuit of his master's degree and license in engineering. Connor served faithfully in the church tech team. He was on a journey in his faith and in pursuit of a deeper relationship with God. Connor had accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and was water baptized October 2021 at the SoZo house.
He is survived by his wife, Natalie, parents, Andrew and Stacy Remus, brother, Cameron (Alexis) Remus, grandparents, Carl and Pat Remus and Gary and Judee Jicinsky, aunts, Jennifer Vergara, Heidi Remus, and Krista Krause, uncles, Brian Remus, Casey Krause, and Vicente Vergara, and cousins, Nathan Remus, Jack Remus, Adrian Vergara, Carter, Colin, Cooper, Claudia, Carmen, Caislyn, Camile, Cutler, and Calista Krause.
He was preceded in death by his cousin, Rubi Patricia Vergara.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to Bluff View Church, which will be divided between Trail Life USA and Josh and Megan Smith of Evangelical Alliance Mission. Online giving is also available.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dean Haferman – a friend who loved at all times and Denise O'Shaughnessy – a coworker and mentor.
