A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the time of service.
Jacob was born on August 31, 1986, in Marshfield, WI, to Bruce Worzella and Christine Hagemann. He graduated from Auburndale High School in 2004. Jacob worked at various places throughout his life, most recently at Sierra Pacific. He loved to skateboard, and he treasured every moment spent with his daughter, Phoenix.
Jacob is survived by his parents, Christine (Mark) Oleson and Bruce Worzella; daughter, Phoenix; special friends, Erica Wieland and Crystal; siblings, Valerie, Emma, and Max Worzella; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Gwen Hagemann and paternal grandparents, Alfred and Dorothy Worzella.
Ritchay Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
