Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, from 4pm to 8pm at Cherubini Funeral Home, located at 1289 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302. The formal funeral will follow on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 at 10:30 am.
In order to honor Connie's memory, donations can be made to Connie's GOFUNDME to help support her young children through this troubling and unexpected time of need.

Connie is a sister/friend I still talk about to this day ... I have had to many great memorable moments to mention & all good ... Itz been a while - but I'll always remember her smirky smile ... love ya friend till we meet again
