Formerly of Yarmouth, Maine, Constance was born on Valentine's Day February 14, 1935, in Auburn, Maine the daughter of Charles Parker Loring and Florrie (Wright) Loring formerly of Cumberland Foreside, Maine. She is predeceased by her brother William "Bill" W. Loring.
Constance attended East Providence High School and Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Constance went on to co-own the family printing business of C. Parker Loring Bank Stationers with her brother Bill.
