Constance Elaine "Connie" Quick Owens, 83, of Junction City, KY passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026. Born January 3, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Cullen David and Pauline Ellen Burdette. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Owens; sisters, Marion (Joe) Lachica and Sharon (Bennie) Lambert; brothers, Dickie and Bruce Quick; aunt, Maddie Jerman; brother-in-law, Jerry Stanley; nephew, Jo Jo Lachica; and niece, Niki Lachica.

Connie was a homemaker. As her children got older, she taught preschool and kindergarten at Victory Baptist School in VA. Her joy was teaching phonics and teaching children how to read. Connie was a member of Victory Baptist Church where her husband was the pastor for 38 years. Upon moving to Junction City, she became a member of Hedgeville Baptist Church. She loved reading, crocheting, and watching movies. She was an avid bird watcher, sports fan, and especially enjoyed bowling, golf, and Redskin football. Above all, she loved her Lord, her husband, her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons: David (Lisa) Owens of VA and Steve (Kim) Owens of Danville; daughter, Vicki (Bruce) Andes of Junction City; sisters, Penny Kiser of VA and Sue Stanley of VA; brother, Mark Burdette of VA; sister-in-law, Joanne Quick of WV; 10 grandchildren: David (Angie) Owens, Andrew Owens, Jessica Grigsby, Joshua (Heather) Owens, Kari (Todd) Haydon, Clint (Shelby) Owens, Bethany (Joseph) Allen, Cameron (Courtney) Owens, Jeremy Andes, and Alex (Amanda) Andes; and 33 great grandchildren.

Visitation is 11 am-1 pm, Saturday, January 31, 2026, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 1 pm with Preacher Steven Owens officiating.

Burial is at Junction City Cemetery. Pallbearers are David Owens, Andrew Owens, Joshua Owens, Clint Owens, Cameron Owens, Jeremy Andes, Alex Andes, and Todd Haydon.
