Constance Wright Obituary

On Thursday, November 17, 2022. Constance (Connie) Wright went peacefully to be with her Lord. She was born Constance Perrin in Medford, MA in 1934 and lived in Winthrop, MA until they retired to Conyers, GA in 1985. Connie was 88 at the time of her passing. Connie was a wife to Ronnie for 67 years, during which time they raised 5 children.
She loved her church family and was a very active member of the church serving as a Eucharistic Minister and Lecturist. Blue was her favorite color, and many know just how much a part of her life the color blue was. She loved to collect different things like Hummel figurines, dolls, and many other collectibles. Connie was a past Matron of Honor in the Eastern Star. Many looked forward to the holiday Lasagna every year, a treat for those that came for holiday dinner.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald (Ronnie) Wright of Conyers, GA; son, Allen (Carla) Wright of Conyers, GA; son, Darren (Sue) Wright of Marana, AZ; son, Todd (Shannon) of New Castle, CO; granddaughter, Jennifer (Bill) New of Hahira, GA; grandson, Jeremy Butters of Conyers, GA; grandson, Jon Wright of Winthrop, MA; granddaughter, Makenna Wright of Winthrop, MA; granddaughter, Sam Wright of Storrs-Mansfield, CT; grandson, David Wright of Conyers, Ga; granddaughter, Courtney (Jeremiah) Jackson of Ellensburg, WA; granddaughter, Katrina (Thomas) Johnson of Ellensburg, WA; grandson, Landon Smith of Dallas, TX; grandson, Ryan Wright of Gainesville, TX; grandson, Logan Wright of Castle, CO; granddaughter, Devilyn Wright of New Castle, CO; Sister, Janice (Bill) McLean of Conyers, GA; and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Allison and Virginia Perrin; daughter, Cheryl Perkins; daughter, Elizabeth Wright; Son, Steven Wright; Son, Mark Wright; brother, Arthur Perrin.
Funeral arrangements will be made by Caldwell and Cowan Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, November 21, 2:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 4140 Clark Street, in Covington. The visitation will be Sunday, November 20, 2022, from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Research, www.stjude.org/donate.
