Coral Bruney Obituary
Coral Adelaide (Draves) Bruney, 88 of Martins Ferry passed away peacefully Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the Shadyside Care Center. She was born February 23, 1936, in Fremont, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Beatrice (Hetrick) Draves.
Coral was an LPN, she retired from Park Health in St, Clairsville, she loved helping people, spending time with family and friends, and enjoyed planting flowers and gardening, she was a faithful member of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Edward D. "Pepper" Bruney in 2015.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Paula Bruney, niece, Gretchen Snodgrass both of St. Clairsville, nephew, Mark (Muffett) King of Orlando and special friend, Karen Cupryk.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935, from 11 till time of service at 1pm. Elders of the Grace Presbyterian Church will hold a "Service of Bereavement" at 12:30pm. Funeral services will be at 1pm at the funeral home with Rev. Paul Todd officiating. Burial to follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Martins Ferry.
