Corbin Michael Baker passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2024. Corbin was born to the late Martha Kester Baker and Michael Ronald Baker on January 5, 1992. He grew up in Ravenna Township and attended both Ravenna and Kent City Schools, graduating from Kent Roosevelt High School in 2010. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering from Kent State University and worked as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Alacriant, Inc. Corbin is survived by his father Michael (Monica) Baker, his sister Gwen Rosenthal, his brother-in-law Stephen Rosenthal, his niece Teagan Martha Rosenthal, his grandparents Ronald and Becky Baker, his grandmother Lucy Kester, along with Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great Uncles, and a Great Aunt. He is also survived by his numerous friends, and the ATV riding community which was his true passion. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, an announcement will be made at the time of the celebration of life for donations. Condolences and memories of Corbin may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.

When I met my husband I never expected I was going to gain another best friend, but that is what Corbin was to me. We spent many nights bottom fishing at west branch. We love him dearly and will miss him the rest of our lives. He was a genuine human.

I am beyond sad for everyone. We all loved Corbin. He spent a lot of time at our house in the past with our two boys & many friends. He will be missed in so many ways. May God comfort you all in this difficult time. With much love, the Patrick family.
