Corey Paslay Obituary
Corey Paslay, 51, of Pampa passed away on July 15, 2024 in Pampa.
Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
Corey was born on September 20, 1972, in Groom to Sammy North and Sharon Paslay. He was adopted by his grandparents Oral and Myra Paslay after his parents passing. He grew up in White Deer and graduated from White Deer High School in 1991. After graduation he joined the United States Army and served for 5 years. After the military Corey moved to Pampa. Corey married Sylvia Melton in 2022. Corey was a loving husband, father and a good friend to many.
Corey is preceded in death by his parents, Sammy North and Sharon Paslay; grandparents, Oral and Myra Paslay; and daughter, Nykhoale Bernadine Paslay.
Survivors include wife, Sylvia Melton; sons, Corey Paslay Jr. 16, Daminen Kenneth Paslay 11; stepchildren, Emma Lee, and Harvey Lee; lifelong friend, Sean Greer.
