Cornelius Daniels Obituary

age 77, born August 27, 1947, passed away October 8, 2024. Cornelius Owen John Daniels
(August 27, 1947 - October 8, 2024) was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Devoted husband of 37 years of Kathleen Daniels (nee Urainar). Cornelius was the beloved father of six children; Jennifer Ewing (Mark), Cornelius Jr., David (Ashley), Hannah Zupancic (Chris), Claire, and Noah (Erin). He was also blessed with 14 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of one more grandchild in November.
Cornelius is preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Rosalyn (nee Dorman) as well as his siblings, Ann Marie and Hugh R Jr. (Danny). He is survived by his siblings Michael (Vicky), Mary Clifford (Jimmy), and Katie Musarra (Nicholas). For over 55 years, Nicholas Musarra became more than a brother-in-law but a best friend, similar to his beloved sister-in-law, Colleen Cline.
Cornelius leaves behind a large family of nieces, nephews, and cousins that will forever be grateful for his love, guidance, and faith. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him and were blessed to be loved by him.
A dedicated member of Willow Praise Church. Cornelius was a steadfast believer in God and lived his life as a testament to his faith. His open heart and generous spirit touched everyone who crossed his path. Nothing was more evident than his devotion to his family and the Lord.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Crossroads Hospice for their wonderful care and support during Cornelius' final days. There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, October 17 at Willow Praise Church - 32901 Vine St, Willowick, OH 44095 from 2-7P (service starting at 6P).

I will forever be in Conns debt for always being there for my father Jim and Mom Dolly. He was more than just a neighbor, he was a friend and great strength at such a horrible time. He tried so hard to hard w my father and it gave us such peace knowing my father had such a wonderful person at his side when he passed. I am sure they were so happy to be reunited. God bless him and your family . Tina Ward Hummel
