Cortney Ruffin Obituary
Cortney Ruffin, 45, of Frederick Maryland, passed away on Monday November 11th, 2024. Born and raised in New Jersey, Cortney graduated from Oakcrest High School, and later spent time living in Arizonia before eventually moving to Frederick, Maryland. He studied to be a mechanic as he loved working on cars and fixing things. He had a deep love for God, a man of strong faith, he loved music as well as the outdoors. Cortney loved to exercise, hiking frequently and biking outside.
Cortney was predeceased by his mother and father, Lena Ruffin and Nkuanda Bukula as well as his brother Andrew Ruffin.
He is survived by his sister Amanda Bukula and her daughter Mekai, brother Nkuanda Bukula Jr. (Jessie), and their son Karter. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins that love him dearly.
Visitation will be held at Maxwell Funeral Home in Little Egg Harbor Twp. on Tuesday November 19th. The viewing will begin at 10am and conclude at 12pm. Services will begin at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Atlantic City Cemetery.
