Craig Cogdell, 68, of Dyersburg, died Monday, November 25, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was the son of the late Eugene Gayle Cogdell and Daphine Smith. He was employed at Nucor Skyline. Craig enjoyed riding motorcycles and car racing. He was an excellent grill master and loved his family and his dogs.
Visitation will be Monday, December 2, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
He is survived by his two children, Carrie Engelhardt (Don), Steven Cogdell (Misty) of Newbern, his wife, Linda Spain of Dyersburg; two stepsons, Corey Pilkenton (Sarah) of Atlanta, Jeremy Spain of Dyersburg; his sister, Kim Woodland of Dyersburg; sixteen grandchildren, one niece and two nephews.
The family request memorials be directed to Paws To Care, 945 Harris Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
