Craig Andrew Conner, age 43, of Ball, Louisiana, got to witness God's greatest masterpiece for himself when he left this canvas for another on Saturday May 24,2025.
He leaves behind many wonderful works of art, his most precious being his children and grandchildren, whom he deeply adored. Craig was an artist, gearhead, tattoo aficionado, and the life of the party. There were few who were not captivated by his dimples and beautiful bright eyes. If he wasn't hand crafting belts or working on commissioned paintings, he was coming up with clever works of art for his loved ones.
Left to keep the party going are his mother, Janet Jardell of Groves, Texas, father, Ronald (Carol) Conner of Buna, Texas, daughter, Makenzie McClendon of Kirbyville, Texas and son, Joshua Gipson of Vidor, Texas
One grandson, Jaxson Curtice, and one on the way
Siblings; Valerie Matkin of Cypress, Texas, Monica (Carey) Cuccia of Groves, Texas, Christina (Terry) Basham of Cove, Texas, Laura Conkle of Port Arthur, Texas, and Tracy Denzlinger of Port Arthur, Texas
Numerous nieces and nephews, best friend and mother of his son, Cindi Gipson of Orange, Texas, and fiancé, Lacy Myers of Ball, Louisiana.
Pallbearers include: Josh Gipson, Caleb Gipson, Mark Bean, Carey Cuccia, Conner Cuccia, Alfredo Dublon, and Terry Basham.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 4th from 4-6 pm at Melancon Livingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas with service to immediately follow. Small graveside service prior to interment will be held at Oak Bluff Cemetery in Port Neches Texas at 10am on June 5th.
