On June 16, 1967, Craig was united in marriage to Shirley Anderson at First Congregational Church in Fairmont. The couple resided in Fairmont and were blessed with over fifty-seven years together.
Craig worked as a mechanic his whole life. He began his career working with his dad at Motor Supply in Fairmont that eventually became Pier 15 Marine. Craig worked on everything from boats to motorcycles and snowmobiles until his retirement in 2018.
Craig was a retired member of the Fairmont Fire Department as well as a member of the Martin County Conservation Club. If he couldn't be found riding sleds or a bike, you'd be able to find him fishing. Craig loved being able to have a beer with his buddies or spending time with them partaking in any of his favorite activities like riding motorcycles or snowmobiling.
