Creed Everett Kraus, of Weatherford, Oklahoma, was born on March 2, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 21. Creed graduated from Hydro-Eakly High School in 2022. During his school years, he enjoyed shooting skeet and spending time outdoors. He attended Caddo Kiowa Technology Center in Fort Cobb attending construction classes. After graduation, he worked a variety of full-time jobs and was most recently employed as a green tire sorter at Goodyear Tire in Lawton. Creed was known as a hard worker who took pride in what he did. He was currently living in Carnegie, Oklahoma, with his companion, Tyan, whom he deeply loved. Together, they shared countless special moments. Creed also cherished time with his family and friends, and especially his brother, Zachary. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, family vacations, trips to the family ranch, and exploring outdoors while digging for "treasures." He will be remembered as a kind, caring, and fun-loving young man. Creed is survived by his parents, Darren and Jeni Kraus; his brother, Zachary Kraus; his grandparents, Fred and Elise Morrow, and John and Jeannie Kraus; his aunts and uncles, LeAnn and Eric Helt, Barry and Kathy Kraus, Clint Kraus, Amy and Jerry Little, and Thomas and Tami Westrope; his cousins, Daniel Little and Heather Duncan, Corey Little, Joey and Aubree Little, Ryan Westrope, Jake Westrope, Kaitlyn, Clint, and Kora Francis, Brandon and Anna Kraus, and Evan Kraus. He is preceded in death by his great-aunt, Elaine Gerber. A funeral service to honor Creed's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Kingfisher Federated Church. Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 21, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 1612 S. Main, Kingfisher.
