He is survived by his two children: Kiley Bella Locklear and Tristin Locklear both of Shannon; one brother: Lee Marvin Locklear of Shannon; five sisters: Marie Locklear Hernandez and husband David of California, Mary Marie Bullard and husband Randy of Shannon, Annette Locklear of St. Pauls; Catherine Jacobs of Shannon and Sabrina Jacobs of Raeford; a special aunt: Glenda Collins of Shannon as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Mr. Locklear are as follows: Graveside Service Friday, January 3, 2024 at the Blue Family Cemetery in Shannon, NC
Service has been entrusted to Boles Funerals Home in Red Springs.
