Curtis was a Christian by faith, he was a loving father, grandfather, and brother, he served in the U. S. Air Force, he retired from U.P.S. as an Airplane Mechanic, He was a member of a club for Draft Horses, and he loved farming and working with the Draft Horses, he was member of the Gun Club.
Curtis was preceded in death by his, parents, Curtis Lee and Stella Bertha Napier Perkins, a brother, Eddie Perkins, and one sister, Betty Gaudet.
Curtis is survived by, two daughters, Ronda Knight of Boston, and Laurie Mattingly of Boston, three grandchildren, Tyler (Morgan) Knight, Lt. Brittany Knight, and Cassie (Mike) Sizemore, one great-granddaughter, Scarlett Knight, one sister, Joyce Willett of Bardstown, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation and Burial will be private at St. Francis Cemetery with full Military Honors.

I called him "Uncle Junie". He always made me laugh. All of my memories are from being on Uncle Curt's farm and the old " Hoppy Place" with him. Rest now, Uncle Junie

Junior was one of my cousins that I had the pleasure of being around while growing up in Kentucky. Over the years, I visited his farm when Uncle Curt was alive and later when Junior hosted family reunions. Fishing and hunting on the farm is one of my favorite memories.
He was influential in my decision to make the military a career, as well.
Rest in peace, my cousin. I'll always remember your laughter.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Jr. Wish I had known he was in Elizabethtown.
We had many fond memories as young children on the Farm. Rest in peace dear one.
