Cynthia Josephine Bricco, age 78, passed away peacefully in her home in Aurora, Missouri, on Thursday, November 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Cynthia was born in Antigo, Wisconsin, on January 23, 1947, to Harold and Shirley Bricco.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Kenneth Bricco; her sister, Patricia Laske; her niece, Melissa Rayburn and her brothers-in-law, Albert Laske, Eugene Scott, and John Femenella.
Cynthia was dearly loved by her twin sister, Suzanne, and by her many family members and friends. She was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and generous spirit. A devoted Green Bay Packers fan, she rarely missed a game and enjoyed cheering them on with an ice-cold Miller Lite in hand.
Family was at the center of Cynthia's life. She loved spending time with her siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends, creating countless memories filled with laughter and love. She had a huge love of Elvis and finally made it to Graceland, a lifelong dream of hers in September 2025. She was a devoted caretaker to many throughout her life, always ready to lend a hand or an ear, until the time came for her twin sister Suzanne and her niece and God-daughter, Heather to care for her with the same tenderness she had shown others.
Cynthia is survived by her siblings, Suzanne Femenella of Missouri, Patrick Bricco of Missouri, April Bricco of Missouri, Roberta (Delbert) Seville of Wyoming, Rebecca Bricco of Missouri, Jillian Scott of Missouri, David Bricco of Wyoming, and sister-in-law, Kathy Bricco of Illinois.
Cynthia is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Heather (Tommy) Foster of Missouri, Lori (Douglas) Durancik of Arkansas, Carrie Robinson of Missouri, Sarah (Nathan) Carlson of Texas, Jessica (Tom) Keaty of Illinois, Andrea Vazquez of Florida, C.J. (Samantha) Fabiano of Illinois, Sean (Gwen) Fitzgerald of Illinois, Adam (Jenny) Fitzgerald of Wyoming, Matthew Fitzgerald of Michigan, Amy Bricco of Illinois, and Megan (Chase) Welch of Virginia, along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward.
Cynthia's love, laughter, and unwavering kindness touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those whose lives she brightened. She is now blessed with beautiful angel wings. Rest in Peace, Love you more.
A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora, with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
