Cynthia M. (Carroll) Cox, aged 64 was born on May 9, 1961, in Vanceburg, Kentucky to the late Ralph and Joann (Glover) Carroll and passed away at home under the loving care of her family and Harbor Hospice. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Carroll, niece Shawn Carroll and nephew, Justin Carroll. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Jon P. Cox; son, JJ (Samantha) Cox; grandchildren, Vintin Cox, Keghan Cox, Sidric Cox; grandniece, Jersy Atkins; grandnephew, Doc Atkins, Isaac Lorenz; and several others; siblings, Ralph Carroll, Scott Carroll, and Lorie Carroll; special niece, Joni Kiel and best friend, Lori Eaton.

Cynthia was retired from Stanco Inc. and later spent several years working as a caregiver. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Lakeside Eagles Aerie #3306 located at 2355 Sherman Blvd. Muskegon, Michigan on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
