Cynthia "Cindy" Louise Fischer, 68, of Florence, Alabama passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Florence Nursing and Rehab Florence, AL. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Mount Hope Methodist Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Mount Hope Methodist Cemetery.
Born on December 28, 1956, to Everett and Edna Whitworth Fischer. Cindy enjoyed rock and roll music. She had a good sense of humor. Cindy loved her Church of Christ Christain Faith.
Survivors include her children, Kevin (Michele) Fischer, Shanna Ferguson, Jeremy (Mary Jane) Owens, Kyle (Reagan) Letson, and Kenley (Kaitlyn) Letson; grandchildren, Jesse (Skylar) Ferguson, Alanah Hood, Alex (Haley) Slaten, Lilliana Picciolo, Matthew Fischer, Christain Fischer, Morgan Fischer, Cameron Letson, and Skylar Letson; great-grandchildren, Reiki Fae, Maitreya Fae, Olivia Slaten, Miley Slaten, Juan Garcia, and Javi Garcia; sisters, Denise Fischer and Janet (Charles) Lovett; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Edna Fischer; sister, Diana Porter; and brother, Stephan Fischer.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at Florence Nursing and Rehab for their care and support.
