Cindy Sue loved to draw, paint, fish, garden, and flowers; she was an amazing hairdresser, and adored her beloved cat, Socks.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her siblings, Bobby (Johnetta) Fowler, Timmy Fowler, Maxine McKinley (Rex) Williams, and Steven (Whitney) Fowler; and many nieces and nephews that she adored passionately, and many special friends that were dear to her heart.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Battle Grove Cemetery. Bro. Jeffrey Jackson will preside over services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Flora Shropshire Animal Shelter, 1751 New Lair Rd. Cynthiana, KY 41031
