Cynthia Sue Reinhart

Cynthia Sue Reinhart, 67 of Oak Harbor, OH died unexpectedly Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born March 5, 1958 in Port Clinton, OH to the late Clifford A. and Janis R. (Boss) Biggert. She was a 1976 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. On April 24, 1981 she married Thomas E. Reinhart Jr, and he survives. Tom and Cindy spent a wonderful 44 years of marriage together. Cindy spent most of her life as a faithful wife, truehearted sister, devoted mother, outstanding homemaker and entrepreneur.
Most mornings you could find her on the golf course with her classmates. Then the remainder of her time she spent with what she was most passionate about, being a Grandma (Monna) to her four grandchildren. She also enjoyed decorating homes and spending time with her family. She attended The Chapel in Port Clinton, Ohio and loved Jesus with all her heart.
Survivors include her husband Tom of Oak Harbor, OH; son Tommy (Katie) Reinhart III of Port Clinton, OH; grandchildren: Emma, Thomas IV, Winston, and Oliver Reinhart; brothers: Richard "Itch" (Tina) Biggert, Daniel "Ferd" Biggert, and Henry "Coke" (Jodi) Biggert, all of Oak Harbor, OH; and sister Victoria (DJ) Nye of Hood River, OR.
All Services for Cindy will be held privately by the family. She will be laid to rest in Rusha Cemetery, Carroll Township, OH. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.crosserpriesman.com.
