Cynthia Ann Trahan, 68, of Sulphur, LA passed away on September 29, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Cynthia was born on January 17, 1954, in Hempstead, New York to Russell and Annie Trahan. Cynthia always enjoyed being with family and friends all her life and took part in Arts and Crafts of which she enjoyed immensely. She loved decorating for every holiday and Christmas was one her favorites. She was a lifelong resident of Carlyss, LA where she raised her family.
She is survived by her 4 children, Christine West, Wanda Firestone and husband Cole, Karen Foster and husband Jimmy, and Elva Stine and husband Craig; 9 grandchildren, Mason, Kenzi, Abby, Keyle, Lacey, Samantha, Luke, Monica, and Sabrina; daughter in law, Elizabeth West; 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; 3 siblings, Russell Trahan "Buddy" and wife Tammy, Barbara Dugas, and Bonnie Myers and husband Bobby.
Preceded in death by her parents; sons, Larrie West "Junior", Arnold West; siblings, Patricia Trahan, Christine Landry, Kathleen Hyatt; and one son in law, Russell Landry.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
