Paul graduated from Tidewater Academy in 1968 and served in the United States Army Reserve.
He is survived by his sisters, Phyllis Fers and Rosalyn Price; nieces and a nephew.
A graveside service will be held at 2PM Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Wakefield Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Riggs officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wakefield United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 87, Wakefield, VA 23888. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, Wakefield Chapel is serving the family. Condolences may be registered at RWBakerFH.com.
