Daisy Altagracia Lebron Leon, also known as Daisy Altagracia Cortés, was a beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter, grandmother and great-grandmother known for her unwavering kindness, strong and radiant spirit; passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, at her home in New York, NY. She was 88 years old.
Born on August 23, 1937, Daisy dedicated her life to her family and community. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of her delicious cooking, a testament to her generous heart. Daisy had a wonderful ability to make everyone feel loved and valued, offering a comforting word or a helping hand whenever needed. Her gentle wisdom and compassionate nature touched countless lives, leaving an imprint on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Daisy joins her son, grandson, mother, sister and many loved ones in the ancestral plane. And, she is survived by her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a wide circle of friends and extended family who will miss her dearly. While we mourn her passing, we celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the enduring legacy of love she leaves behind.
