With much sadness we regret to announce the passing of our mother, Daisy Watkins of Gainesville. She passed from this earthly life into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center at the age of 72.
Daisy is preceded in death by her parents W.T. and Nellie Reed Watkins, brother Lendy Watkins, and sister Betty Carter.
Daisy is survived by her children, daughter Kim (Steve) Cramer; and son, Blain (Stacey) Latty; five grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson, Jarrett, Gracie and Gavin; brother, Andy (Linda) Watkins, sister Shirley Palmer, and sister-in-law Carolyn Watkins, along with many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held the afternoon of March 10, at 3:00 at Chestnut Mountain Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Flowery Branch.
