Dale is survived by his sons Brian (Debbie) Barbour of Webberville, Michigan and Benji (Pam) Barbour of Fowlerville, Michigan, five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, brother Phillip (Carolyn) Barbour, sisters-in-law Sandy (Roscoe) Barbour and Jody (Fred) Royce. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandy, father and mother, brothers Roscoe (Rocky) Barbour and Jerry (Priscilla) Barbour, and sisters Alberta (Richard) Williams and Betty (Leo) Heinzeman.
Dale proudly served in the United States Air Force from August 16, 1951, through August 15, 1955. Dale was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Webberville, Michigan for many years. He enjoyed his Tuesday Men's Prayer Group, Sunday School and Church Services every week.
After retirement from Dale's many manufacturing jobs he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and gardening. He eventually started working and volunteering for Tri-County Commission on Aging delivering meals to Seniors in several communities. Dale was also the "go-to guy" for driving his older family members to appointments, church and to get groceries. He was always helping someone. Dale was a quiet man with a heart of gold and a peaceful soul. He never asked for anything and was always grateful.
