Dale A. Carson, 69, of Lock Haven, passed away on January 29, 2026, at his home. Dale was born on August 21, 1956, to the late William A. and Fern B. (Merrill) Carson in Lock Haven, PA.
Throughout his career, Dale worked diligently as a laborer in various industries, earning the respect and friendship of those he met along the way. Dale had a profound love for rock and roll music, with a particular fondness for The Beatles. His home was filled with music, laughter, and the companionship of his beloved dog, Fiona. Spending time with his grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he cherished every moment shared with them. In recent years, Dale found solace in re-engaging with reading the Bible, which brought him peace and comfort.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his dear companion, Karen Wagner, and their dog, Fiona. He leaves behind a loving family, including his children: Dale A. "Jr" (Sherry) Gingerich, Mindy (Anthony) Serafini, and Matthew Carson. He is also survived by his brothers, William "Bill" Carson Jr. and Gary (Nancy) Carson, and his sisters, Tina Miller, Mari Beth (John) Barth, and Audrey (Sam) Sechrist. His legacy continues through his 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews who will miss his warmth and humor.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a public viewing on Friday, February 6, 2025, from 3 PM to 4 PM at Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St, Jersey Shore, PA. Funeral services will follow at 4 PM, officiated by Reverend Jack Hocker. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home.
